INITial DESIGN CONSULTATION
For new clients, a phone call will be scheduled to talk through project scope and services offered. After that point, an initial design consultation may be scheduled to meet in person or virtually and do a walk-through of project. (can be a single space or a whole house, but the meeting time is up to 2 hours) I will help you process through design style, direction of the space, design options and creative ideas for moving forward. This could be anything from a home re-fresh using items already found in the home, or a home remodel project. After the initial design consultation, the clients will receive a document with recap notes from our meeting and a list of "NEXT STEPS” to help point the client in the right direction for their project. This is not a detailed design plan with specific selections, but a general style guide with ideas discussed in the walkthrough. At this point, clients can choose to implement the design ideas on their own time or work together hourly from that point to carry out a more detailed design plan together. Floor plan sketches, selecting finishes, space planing and other services are offered after this point.
Design Consultation Rate: $350
FLOOR PLAN DRAWINGS
Sketches of floor plans, including new layouts for kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, additions and other furniture layout floor plans are billed at $150 per floor plan. They include up to 2 layout options. Floor plans are not included in the Design Consultation.

HOURLYRATE
Hourly rate includes additional onsite meetings needed, design planning and research, oversight of implementation of design plan as needed, shopping for finishes and furnishings, and event design. Color selection meetings are also available on an hourly basis.
*Minimum of 1 hour billed for all in person meetings - Drive time is billed at 1/2 rate
